As one of our venue partners, we will work as an extension of your sales and events team, getting to know how you like to work with your clients and developing our knowledge of your venue and the available event spaces. You will get access to our AV equipment and technical production services at a competitive rate, and we will be on call to support you and your clients throughout the event journey.
We will work with you and support in the following ways:
• Assist your sales and events team, adhering to an agreed turnaround time for all equipment proposals.
• Create CAD files and 3D visuals of your event spaces for client proposals.
• Ensure the most innovative AV solutions are available and propose the most-suited equipment for the event.
• Attend client meetings to support your sales and events teams.
• Work as an extension of your in-house events team when providing full technical event support.
• Train in-house venue teams on operation of equipment and basic troubleshooting for dry hire
• Provide technical manuals for equipment that is supplied on dry hire basis including basic troubleshooting.
• Provide 24-hour telephone support service
• Connect you with potential clients and customers.
